The premium car maker, Volvo Car Malaysia has recently launched a new showroom in Ipoh over the weekend. Run by its dealer-partner, iRoll Ipoh Sdn Bhd, the showroom adds to Volvo’s dealership network and it aims to provide their customers in Perak with more access to the brand and its services.
The new showroom is a 3S Centre (Sales, Service, and Spare Parts) which features a well-appointed, Scandinavian-inspired showroom that houses the brand’s latest models and a fully equipped service centre. This new 3S Centre also adheres to Volvo Cars’ latest retail standard called Volvo Retail Experience (VRE). VRE was created to focus the brand cornerstones more fully and serve customers in four main areas which are the Contemporary Luxury Experience, Understanding, Interaction and Wellbeing which best communicates the brand’s Scandinavian-inspired value.
Volvo Car Malaysia’s transformation plan saw the brand’s surge in sales volume thanks to a stronger retail presence. In the first half of 2019, Volvo Car Malaysia saw a 60% growth in sales, after growing 28% last year.
