Mitsubishi Motors vehicle owners in Malaysia can now service your beloved Mitsubishi as Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia (MMM), the official distributor of Mitsubishi Motors vehicles in Malaysia announced that selected MMM authorized service centres received approval the Ministry of Internal Trade and Industry (MITI) to operate during the Extended Movement Control Order (MCO) period.
There will be no walk-in customers allowed therefore customers will need to contact their nearest MMM authorized service centres to make an appointment. Besides that, customers are not allowed to wait at the service centres as it is strictly pick-up and drop-off only.
In order to curb the spread of Covid-19, all MMM service centres have implemented strict safety measures such as mandatory mask usage for all customers and staff, temperature checks, contactless car acceptance, and social distancing to ensure the health and safety of its customers and staffs.
Hand sanitizers will be placed at the entrance of the service centres and all vehicles will be sanitized before handing them back to the customers.
In regards to the extended MCO, MMM has reassured that vehicle warranties will be unaffected by the MCO. Besides that, all free service maintenance that falls within the MCO period will be given a 90 days grace period from the expiry date or 2,500 km from the mileage due.
