The essence of lightweight and purity of performance are once again applied by Lotus in the sensational Evora Sport 410 – the new top-of-the-range Evora. Hot on the heels of the recently announced Elise Cup 250, and the Exige Sport 350, Lotus’ famous Lightweight Laboratory has been hard at work cutting the weight of the Evora 400 by some 70 kg. With such a considerable weight saving, there’d be no question as to the breathtaking levels of performance the new Evora Sport 410 is capable of.

A thorough reevaluation was imposed upon the Evora as Lotus engineers went about reengineering its benchmark lightweight sports car to produce the Evora Sport 410. This covers every aspect of the car, including a drastically simplified carbon fibre tailgate (combining five separate elements into one), new lighter-weight door trim panels and the liberal addition of carbon fibre across the entire car. Not just a stripped-out special, the Evora Sport 410 retains the day-to-day refinement of a luxury sports car, well and truly retaining its composed characteristics when you need it to.
When the open road beckons, the 410 hp & 410 Nm supercharged 3.5 liter V6, developed through the Lotus 3-Eleven project which has beaten Nürburgring records, combined with its sports ratio manual transmission (paddle shifting auto is available as option), its lower centre of gravity, lower kerb weight, and a chassis that is already the best in the business, takes the Evora Sport 410 to unchartered territory – a breezy 3.9 seconds century sprint and 300 km/h maximum speed.
