Goodyear Malaysia has announced its Zero Contact Initiative which, as the name suggests, allows you to sort out your tyre needs without coming in contact with another person. Something that the world is in dire need of at this time.

Alex Ng, Managing Director of Goodyear Malaysia said: “As we resume our operations nationwide, we also embark into a ‘new normal’ era that calls for more vigilance and mindfulness when handling each and every one of our customer’s needs.

From drop off to pick up, Goodyear’s initiative will ensure zero physical contact between staff and customers. Arranging for an appointment at your preferred Goodyear Autocare Centre can be easily done via a phone call or WhatsApp text message through Goodyear Malaysia’s website. www.goodyear.com.my/store

Your car will also go through a 12-point vehicle safety check and disinfection of 12 major touchpoints completely complimentary. A checklist will be available in the car upon collection for the owner to tend to any issues found by the staff. For your peace of mind, the staff at all Goodyear Autocare Centres go through a three-time a day sanitization and disinfection process also mirrored for the tools and equipment used.
